SkyCom PTT, LLC ("SkyCom PTT," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through skycomptt.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. 1. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, information collected automatically as you use the Site, and information from the third-party services that support our checkout, communications, and analytics.

Information you provide

  • Order & shipping information: name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number if you provide one.
  • Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. SkyCom PTT does not receive or store your full card number.
  • SIM renewal details: the IMEI number(s) of the radios you're renewing service for, submitted through the SIM Renewal page.
  • Contact form submissions: whatever you enter into our contact form, hosted by our form provider, Cognito Forms.
  • Affiliate/referral codes: if you arrive via an affiliate link or enter a code at checkout, we record that code against your order.

Information collected automatically

  • Cart & session data: a session cookie keeps track of your cart contents and any affiliate code while you shop. This cookie is deleted or expires when your session ends.
  • Analytics data: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, general location, device/browser type). Google Analytics uses its own cookies — see Google's privacy policy for details on how Google handles this data.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process, ship, and fulfill your orders and SIM renewals.
  • To communicate with you about an order, including confirmation and support emails.
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • To track and pay affiliate commissions tied to a referral code.
  • To maintain, secure, and improve the Site, and to understand how it's used.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes beyond those listed above without your consent.

3. Who We Share Information With

We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run the Site and fulfill orders, and only as needed for them to perform that service:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Cognito Forms — contact form submissions.
  • Google Analytics — site usage analytics.
  • Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SkyCom PTT, our customers, or others.

4. International Orders

We ship both within the United States and internationally. If you place an order from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers and business are located.

5. Data Retention

We keep order and account records for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including recordkeeping required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

6. Your Choices & Rights

  • You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to our legitimate need to retain order and financial records.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and payment details are handled directly by Stripe rather than stored on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated policy on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date.
