Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of skycomptt.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from SkyCom PTT, LLC ("SkyCom PTT," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order on the Site.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • We work to describe our products and price them accurately, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before shipping — you'll be able to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or error.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Payment is processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the order total, including applicable shipping and tax as shown at checkout.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information for your order, including shipping and billing details.
  • An order is not accepted until it has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.

4. Shipping

  • We ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping is a flat rate based on destination country, shown at checkout before you place your order.
  • Delivery estimates are just that — estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.
  • Risk of loss and title for products you order pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. SIM Renewal & Service

  • New SkyCom PTT radios include LTE service for the first year. After that, annual SIM renewal is required to keep a radio active, at the rate shown on the SIM Renewal page for that radio's plan (North American or International).
  • You're responsible for submitting accurate IMEI numbers when renewing — service is applied to the specific radio(s) identified by the IMEI(s) you provide.
  • Cellular service depends on the coverage and performance of third-party wireless carrier networks. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at the email or phone number below and we'll work with you to make it right. Reach out to us before returning anything so we can provide instructions — items returned without contacting us first may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

7. Affiliate Program

Participation in the SkyCom PTT affiliate program is subject to the terms described on the Affiliate Program page and any agreement provided to you when you enroll. We reserve the right to deactivate an affiliate code and withhold associated commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of those terms.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through scraping, bots, or excessive automated requests;
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading order or payment information; or
  • Infringe our intellectual property or that of any third party.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and product images — are owned by SkyCom PTT, LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, other than as needed to browse and place an order on the Site.

10. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing, Cognito Forms for our contact form, and Google Analytics for site analytics. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we use these services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyCom PTT, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or a product purchased through it, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated Terms on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
